Hub Turistico’s mission
Because a place is not a postcard. It’s a community.
And when tourism truly works, it doesn’t consume: it connects. It doesn’t invade: it respects. It doesn’t make life easier only for those who arrive, but also for those who stay.
Let’s take it step by step
This is how our projects are born: from listening on the ground, from a network of local realities, and from practical choices that improve the travel experience and everyday life in the territory.
We listen
people, needs, seasons, pressure points — without making noise.
We connect
local realities, operators, institutions and community — to keep value circulating.
We make it real
useful tools and initiatives, repeatable and measurable in daily life.
We believe in tourism that respects. In culture that welcomes. In information that simplifies. In a network that leaves no one behind. In ideas that become real services. In a future built together.
The words that guide us
They’re not slogans. They’re criteria: they help us choose what to do — and what to leave aside.
We use them every time we decide what to build: a useful piece of content, a digital tool, a collaboration, a cultural initiative, or an action for sustainable tourism.
Culture
Living identity and shared memory — to tell the territory without betraying it, and to help those who visit truly understand it.
Innovation
For us, innovation means making it easier to find your way, access reliable information, and take part in the life of the territory.
Research
First we listen and study real needs. Then we build simple answers.
Sustainability
Not as a label, but as balance: between people, places, seasons and resources. Turning into more mindful experiences, less impact, and better quality over time.
The Hub Turistico family
Behind Hub Turistico there’s an operational team. Small, present, with different skills and one shared direction: making it easier to live (and build) value in Lampedusa and Linosa.
We also work with a network of active collaborators on the island, mostly locals: people who know the territory in everyday life and bring an authentic eye for detail. From social media to photography and operational support, it matters to us — because what we tell and build is born here, not far away.

Luca Siragusa
Co-founder, Managing Director & Creative Director He shapes the Hub’s vision and turns it into tools, identity and content. He coordinates creativity, product and experience quality — from digital to territory.

Andrea Pavia
Co-founder & Commercial Director He builds partnerships and sustainable opportunities for the territory. He works on local networking, agreements and commercial development, always with clarity and concrete outcomes in mind.

Orazio Giammona
Head of Operations & Database He’s the bridge between governance and the team: supporting the commercial direction, managing the client database and workflows, and increasingly involved in operational and administrative management. He keeps things moving and landing properly — without dispersion.

Giovanni D'Ippolito
Head of Events & Production He coordinates Hub-owned events, starting with the Kamalé Festival, and supports new community initiatives (sport, social and environmental). He manages production, logistics and delivery — from idea to event day.

Serena Zanna
Head of Communications She gives voice to Hub projects: editorial planning, campaigns, storytelling and community. She works to keep communication accessible and coherent across channels and territory.

Emily D'Ippolito
Head of Cultural Experiences She designs and coordinates cultural experiences and discovery routes, caring for content, quality and the relationship with places. She works to make every experience authentic, clear and well organised.

Gabriele Gismondi
Head of Audiovisual Production He tells Hub projects with a poetic, narrative eye. He produces videos, documentaries and digital formats (including web-series style), giving voice to the community and the stories of the Pelagie Islands.

Micol Giannini
Social Media & Content Marketing She tells Lampedusa and Linosa with the eye of a traveller and creator. She plans and creates content that doesn’t just promote the destination, but above all supports the local businesses in the network who choose Hub brands to be seen.

Adriana Maraventano
Photography Production She is the Hub family’s photographer. She creates photo books for businesses joining the network and supports the visual communication of projects, events and life on the island — from local activities to natural beauty.
